My experience at Park Hyatt Milan was filled with really good service and a prime location that made my stay truly nice. The staff treated me like royalty, anticipating my needs at every turn. However, the breakfast left much to be desired, lacking variety and freshness, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

I had a fabulous stay at the Park Hyatt Milano, with excellent service and a prime location just steps from the Duomo. The only downside was my room showing signs of wear, particularly with the sheets starting to fray a bit. Overall, the helpful staff and luxurious spa access really enhanced my experience, making it nice.
