My experience at Park Hyatt Milan was filled with really good service and a prime location that made my stay truly nice. The staff treated me like royalty, anticipating my needs at every turn. However, the breakfast left much to be desired, lacking variety and freshness, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
